SLEEP & RECOVERY CHECK

Restloop currently provides a lifestyle-based Sleep & Recovery Check and related email content, including a 7-day recovery plan based on your quiz result.

The Sleep & Recovery Check is intended for general informational, educational and lifestyle purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Your quiz result and recovery plan are based on the answers you provide and are intended to help you reflect on habits, routines and environment factors that may affect sleep and recovery. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, improvement or result from using the Services.

If you experience severe, persistent or concerning tiredness, sleep issues, recovery problems or any other health-related symptoms, you should consider speaking with a qualified healthcare professional.

You should not submit sensitive medical information through the Sleep & Recovery Check. The quiz is not designed to collect or evaluate medical information and is not intended to provide medical advice.

When you provide your email address through the Services, we may use it to send your quiz result, your 7-day recovery plan and related Restloop emails, where permitted by applicable law.
