RESTLOOP SLEEP & RECOVERY CHECK

Restloop provides a lifestyle-based Sleep & Recovery Check that helps visitors understand possible habits, routines or environment factors that may be affecting their sleep and recovery.

When you complete the Sleep & Recovery Check, we may collect your email address, quiz answers, score, result category and related information needed to generate your result and send your 7-day recovery plan.

We use this information to show your quiz result, send your personalized 7-day recovery plan, improve the Restloop experience, understand how visitors interact with the check and send related Restloop emails where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

We use third-party service providers to operate the Sleep & Recovery Check and email experience, including Shopify, Recomma / Product Quiz Builder and Klaviyo. These providers may process your information on our behalf so that we can collect quiz responses, generate your result, manage email delivery and understand performance.

The Sleep & Recovery Check is a lifestyle-based self-check. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through the quiz.
